Christmas Cookies

I really enjoy decorating sugar cookies and when the algorithm pushes that content my way its my favourite escape.

I don’t make sugar cookies often because I find that no matter how much I tweak the recipe, the flavour just isn’t there. At least cakes can have an explosion of flavour and textures. But every Christmas I challenge myself to make a batch and these from 2023 were my best yet.
